Paddle & Portage offers self-guided and guided kayak trips on the Kootenay River, located in the beautiful Creston Valley of British Columbia.

Paddle & Portage is more than kayak rentals.

We provide the kayaks, paddles, life jackets (PFD's), map with directions, and a few tips you will need for an enjoyable trip on the Kootenay River.

Our kayaks are comfortable, roomy and very stable and can easily carry everything you will need for your trip.
